The band is recording my sleeping patterns and is saying I'm getting around 44% deep sleep on average. Which I suppose is good. However, it is not recording my cycling as yet, although I've read that this is still in beta stage, awaiting a further update.

It does not record my phone call usage very well at all, which is surprising considering lifelog doesn't even need the band to do that. sleep data is ok, though doubt it's _that_ accurate either. but I like looking at it for fun. I think the cycling is purely based on how fast you're traveling vs. running and driving/transportation.
