The problem is irregular and it occurs while the phone is in a pocket. When I take it out the phone requests PIN code. So far I haven't been able to figure out what causes this problem: SIM card, receiving problems (I have got a feeling that receiving is noticeably reduced while it is in my pocket), loose antennae or battery (not sure about the latter though).
In response to the problem, I just reentered PIN (as requested) until I discovered very unpleasant side effect. After some resets the phone didn't recover completely. Although it displayed operator details and continuously metered coverage, the phone was regarded as switched off (confirmed by operator). It is then enough to send out a message to bring it back to life. Having missed a couple of important calls this problem starts worrying me a lot. Ideas, suggestions?
