If the “assembled in the USA” tagline associated with Motorola’s Moto X was attractive to you, it’s soon to be a relic of the past. The handset maker will shutter its Texas plant, opened ahead of their Moto X release last year. The plant, which currently employs about 700, will shut down by the end of 2014.

I'm sorry for all the people who loose their job but it's not really a surprise now Lenovo owns Motorola.
