I guess you entered the wrong code 3 times.
Now you need your PUK code to unlock it.
It was provided with your simcard.

It also may be worth adding that if you can not find the original info from the sim card, you carrier should be able to provide you the code at no cost. [addsig]

its not the simcard blocked my friends.
they call it SIMLOCK COUNTER BLOCKED
[x] Network X
[x] Network subset X
[x] Service provider X
[x] Corporate X
[x] SIM X

any idea about this problem?
