My volume button doesnt work, does anyone have any info/advice please? |

I recently found that the volume slider onmy T68i doesnt work/ respond. I havnt dropped the phone or tampered with it in any way and it totally bewilders me as to why it is broken. I think the spring has come off that controls the button.
Does anyone know where I can fix it in London or any address or telephone numbers for SonyEricsson service centres as i cant seem to find any.
Any help would be greatly appreciated,
