Same feeling I had when I saw the Mega 6.3 Dups, it's ridiculously large, a bit too much phone for me to be honest, I'm actually beginning to get worried about next year's flagships, they are going to be monstrous, unless Samsung can still fit a 5.2inch display in the GS4's already compact body.

Samsung most likely will leave its next iteration of the Note and all future ones in the same size body rather than take a chance and up-size and lose that valuable niche market it has created with the Note. Sam goes for the Galaxy S series. If anything they will make the screens a little bigger but overall keep the body sizes.
The Phablet market is theirs for now.

The next Note should of course be made of some else other than plastic with faux leather.

Here are the official Galaxy Note 3 accessories Samsung is going to launch

If you’re going to be spending upwards of $700-$800 on the Galaxy Note 3, chances are that you’ll also want to grab a few official accessories along with it. Samsung has you covered if that’s the case, and has listed all the accessories it will be making available with its latest phablet. We already know about the awesome new S View Cover that also enables wireless charging and the Mini Purse, and you can now have a look at the S Charger Cover, extra battery kit, S Charger Kit, and the Desktop Dock as well.

Samsung hasn’t listed details like availability pricing yet, but you can expect to pay a considerable amount to get one of these accessories.

I don't quite like those cases. I hope they have the regular cases as well. One thing I hate though is that with these news phones come new batteries, new docks, new battery chargers. Why can't we be able to use the accessories from the previous iteration? These are additional and silly costs not to mention the $700 for the phone itself.
Apple beats them in that one way. I have two cases, a battery charger and other items for the Galaxy note 2. What is the point of getting all these new items?

I could live with the size of the Note 3.Not much bigger than my Note 2 but the Mega range and the Sony Z Ultras I think are crossing that line for me. Haven't encountered any of those two and played with them so my mind might change once I do. I'm skipping the Note 3. Have an upgrade available but don't see the need to to part with my Note 2 just yet. I think it has another year left in it. First time in many years I've turned down an upgrade opportunity. Usually I'm kicking down the door on the day. Thank you Samsung. You have one happy and loyal customer. For now. Just don't F@#K this up. Looking forward to the Note 4.

Note 3 is smaller than Note 2. Note 3 almost same big like the Sony Z1. "Have" both Mega and Ultra, the Mega feels like a big phone big S4 but the Z Ultra feels more like a mini tablet...

@ >500, Wow! Disappointing. For some of us who like to buy products like these from the UK and other European countries. This is sad. Hopefully is a simple software feature which can be undone through a software flash.

Reading the link I posted again, its now been updated to confirm the same thing applies for American handsets.

What is Samsung trying to do exactly?

Yes I saw the one for the Americas as well. I am hoping to get one from the US. This stinks to high heaven. What about persons who want to travel and use their phones outside of the regions?

Very odd indeed. Hope Samsung shed more light on this as it makes no sense.

Some people are cancelling their N3 orders or returning phones as this was not known to many and quite a number of people who use this phone are business people.

I wonder if this may have anything to do with the whole Knox Security Update? This has to be the most stupid restriction I've ever heard of!

Could they be trying to stop CSC changing?
