hopefully we get to see games utilizing TressFX Hair simulation technology developed by AMD and Crystal Dynamics ported to PS4, at first I thought it was a gimmick, but it was totally worth the performance hit when I played Tomb Raider 2013 on PC, it definitely made the game look much better.

That's the only thing I can credit Samsung for.
Last time round, Xbox came earlier, was cheaper and had a better online experience (according to most), but the PlayStation 3 was more powerful and could play blue ray.
I got the PlayStation 3 in the first month of release.
This time round, the PlayStation 4 is more powerful, more game oriented, can play used games, can play without internet... AND is cheaper... AND comes out at the same time... AND has caught up in internet experience... AND can stream PlayStation 3 games...
Sony have won this battle.

M$ has become too greedy with their recent products forcing their consumers to deal with it, good thing they haven't monopolized the game console market yet so there, they got their asses kicked hard and painful.
again, those who thinks PS4 copied XBone neither have heard nor played PS2

I've had the 360 since launch and have been completely satisfied with it, but PS4 absolutely has my money this time around! Can't wait to have access to more than just cod and blockbuster sports games (which I never played). So excited I can finally play journey! That said, Ryse looked fairly cool. I think that Xbox will get back on their feet and do fine, but Sony absolutely won the opening of the console wars and played their cards perfectly

Anyone no if the hard drive is user replaceable? I wonder if I could put an SSD in it and see an improvement in loading times... |
