Would it not be better if after posting a new message to a thread that I would be returned to the last page of that particlar thread instead of the first page?

One way, I guess, to solve this, is to edit your preferences,..so that the last post is the first you see.

(Descending/Ascending version,..I know its not exactly what You mean )

Well, I know that I can click on the option to view my message, or, as you said, change my Preferences (which I just did. thanks for the suggetsion). But I guess a lot of users would like it if the default action is returning them to the last page, without having to edit their preferences.

Yep,..I'm quite sure, that the reason for this is, that Esato is Norwegian (same time as DK)
