hii esato forum, i just bought sony xperia sola. i am trying to logging in to the play store with my gmail account but it is not logging in,saying account not exists. what might be the problem....? |

What's the format of the email address? Is it youremail@gmail.com?

This is a little bit weird. I guess you are able to login from a computer. Then why it would not let you from the phone to link your account.

Is the phone brand new? I can suggest to perform a factory reset and then add your google account.

finally my account was logged in into the play store, the problem is we have to enable our google account to the applications and the accounts. |
