Sony PC Suite/Companion Trojan? |

I've been scanning my PC with Kaspersky Rescue Disk 10, booting from PC, and it's reporting Trojan.Win32.Jorik.Agent.eqt found in PCSuite/Data_TRK.cab/LUKernel/_IsUser.dll. I don't know if this file is a left-over from PC Suite or it's part of PC Companion (which I have the latest version installed). I've actually had this on two of my Windows 7 PCs. Is this a false positive? Anyone else spot anything similar? My usual AV software, McAfee, hasn't spotted anything. |

I could not find any _IsUser.dll file on my Windows 7 machine. I have PC Companion installed. I have uninstalled PC Suite so I'm not sure about that one |

Thanks for that. I guess the file might have been from an older version of Sony's software. I've no way to be certain though so don't want to accuse them of writing poor software. |
