Updated my iPad yesterday, it was just 28mb, so very minor, apparently it was to fix some calendar bug and i think also a security flaw.

Security flaw = Jailbreak

May I enquire, if it's worth the upgrade to 6.X ???

Did it fix the security bug? Or maybe the extended version of the bug where the iPhone once opened will let anyone with physical access to the phone can download most user data from the phone to a PC

I demonstrated the security flaw to a friend working in a place with iPhones where security is a very high priority. He could not believe his eyes.

I was wrong about the security flaw (pass code flaw), it's going to be fixed in iOS6.1.3:

Fluke
I'd say its worth it, my iPad4 came with 6.0.1, and the only issue I had was Safari crashing on certain sites and when writing long posts on some sites, all that seems to be gone in 6.1.2, other than that had no complaints, runs beautifully, I use my iPad in my uni lectures to take notes and do research as our lecturers encourage us to bring our laptops and tablets to do this, and it has been flawless for the most part.
