I suppose April is the Europe's launch date.

@DACHA unlocked? earlier you said that you were able to pre-pre-order, was this for the US release or another country. if so do you know when retailers will take regular pre-orders?

Yes, unlocked. I said no pre-order. I have no info on when retailers will take pre-orders, all I know is that the target date for the release is the week of March 10th. |

Any updates on Canadian release? Zomg had said Canada was top of the priority list and last eta was April for us. Based on the news above though, looks like the USA will get it first. |

It could be true since in Canada all the phones will be carrier bound. That might take a little longer while in the US it will be unlocked and come with the generic software.
The ZL will be released in Russia in few weeks but it is also the unlocked version.

Oh I know that, but I'm curious to know if Sony will sell it outright as well. They didn't do that with the previous flagships, but did do it for the Go. |
