You could mark your battery by scratching your name on it. |

Ok guys, let's compare our BST-14 serial number. Mine is S/N 01503CSGHHS 01W43 which made in Japan and Finished in China. So far I've got it compared with a friend of mine and we had a matched!! So who got the same serial # could u tell us about it. Another thing, if ur battery standy limit is only for 200 or a little more, it might me a compatible battery. As loyal user of Ericsson, we want the best for our h/p, including the best performance. And for those who want to buy new battery, this might help u for not to be fooled buy the imitation (not like me ). So let's educated ourself to be a better consumer by exchanging info..

mine is s/n 18442smglhm02w31. made in japan.. finished in sweden..
i suspect he change it cos mine was a new batt yest it last only abt 3days with normal usage.. thought the t68i batt was known for its prowess.. my previous 6510 could last even longer.. thus i wanna know whether the technician changed my batt as he was also using t68i. by the way.. i gt my batt from an official se centre so its definitely oem..
also do u guys batt indictor bar dip from full to slightly less than full in a day only?mine does.. duno is tat normal. |

Mine is:
S/N13225SMGLHM 02W19
Made in Japan, finished in Sweden.
I've got an idea:
S/N <-- (Means serial number)
13225 <-- No idea
SMGLHM <-- No idea
02W19 <-- Means made year 2002 week 19
Hope this helps

Well finally it's confirmed that my battery is an imitation. You can detect it by looking at the hologram label and the smiliarity of the serial no. Already bought a new battery from SE Service Center and Walla!! I've got fully uo to 313hrs of standy and 11hrs of Talk Time. The things that you have to look out are:-
1. The serial number
2. Hologram Label (imitation is more like a mirror)
3.The battery cover casing (which is slighty different to the T68 rf atena's cover)
4. The smoothness of the battery's casing
5. The stanby time and talk-time (should be more than 270hr for standy and above 7hrs of talk-time when fully charged)
One thing for sure I don't like to be cheated when I bought stuffs for my T68i and I'm surely you guys feels the same. |
