Thanks Ambroos for your hard work ^^
I like this one. Don't know what you guys think, but Im gonna BUY this baby when its out.
SO many upgrades compared to S. Even though some people got disappointed in some areas. Im not.
It is so much better than my old dual-core Xperia S, just feels 10 times better

After Z Ultra, I totally believe in Sony. Now also give me a purple version and its perfect!
Who else is gonna get this phone no matter what final specs or design?

i can't wait to get this beauty, for now i held to my galaxy s1 saying that their are not a lot of differences between the newer phones and mine.
now with specs of the honami! is time to change!!

s800 is a beast, it is future proof! and it is awesome
2gb of ram is more than enough specially now that we are hearing that google is working on reducing the system hunger for ram.
20 mpx camera, large sensore, WHAT CAN YOU ASK MORE from a PHONE??
great screen, great speakers, water proof with camera shutter key!
expandable micros sd, big battery, flapless headphone jack.
magnetic connectors that will be used obviously for charging the phone (we will start seeing chargers for that magnetic pins).... no need to use the micro usb!

that is just one heck of a phone!

I'm sold.

the galaxy s1 has large bezels and i like to have large bezels because it's more comfortable in the hand.

For god sake people ! stop complaining about the lens's size!

Hi sponse, thanks for your reply. If you refer to my post, I did not complain, I asked a question as I did not know if this was possible.

yes it is possible that the sensor would be "that large" with that small lens !
look at the nokia eos lens ! it is the same size!

This answers my question perfectly, thank you for flagging this.

Its not.

You have to take into account the depth, not just the diameter..

lets look at that this way, the honami's 9mm is more than enough!
think of that the camera in the honami is posted on the corner ! so there is nothing behind it ! so the 9mm goes all for the sensor, while the eos and the 808 have the camera in the middle, where the screen is posted! so they need the bulky back to put the big ass sensor in the middle !

p.s. made a photoshop on how the back would actually look:

Could you try to make a white version when possible? I want to have an idea on what it might look like...

But looks good overall.
