firstly, should we be concerned?

secondly, as a lot of us will not be getting upgrades via O2 will they issue patches as suggested by Android?

Wouldnt worry too much about it, just dont go clicking random numbers on dodgy websites.

Im guessing Google may just do a remote fix as they do with other minor things e.g. when they remove malware they found in Play Store from your phone without you even noticing.
