hi Londoner,
I am a international student and new to London and I am looking for a cheap 3G network operator I will be doing lot of VOIP calls to my country[India].
Please suggest I already have Sony Xperia S i only need cheap 3G DATA plan.

Yes I am with Three pay as you go and unlimited data with unlimited texts with 300 mins for £15 is amazing. But if you want tethering you'll have to go contract
