I don't know why model T68i has a access tone after 3 seconds when it connect, while model T68 hasn't got that problem. How can I turn off this tone? |

Most Ericsson phones from GH388 and earlier, to T18s and T68i have that 3 beep tone when you switch on the phone and it connects to a network.
If you don't like it, switch your phone to silent and when it switches on (it will still be on silent) and you won't hear it. It's such a little thing, I wouldn't bother!

Hey guys,
I think the bug you're talking about is the Minute Minder. If you're in a call, you'll hear a tone every minute. Just what the name implies, Minute Minder. It's not a problem.
If you want to turn it off, just go to Settings > Sounds and Alerts > Minute Minder > On or Off

The dido sound you hear AFTER the other party answers is to notify that the other party is on a phone call and you came as a second party and waiting, if you happen to hear that sound and quickly look at you screen you'll find it written there.
You also hear the same sound if you are put on hold.
This is normal and it replaced a loud sound on the previous phones (T68m, T39...etc). The old sound was loud enough that other people could hear it, but the new one can only be heard if the phone is on your ear, in other words, if you happen to dial the number and leave the phone away for a while you wouldn'd know if it was call waiting or not. This is also true with auto redial, as the new sound is low and can barely be heard when the phone starts to ring. |

Nice imitation, hahah. You made me laugh there. I can't even stop laughing. Okay serious now...I thought you were talkin about the minute minder. It happened to me a lot of times, but everytime I hear that tone, as far as I remember getting an SMS message.

CrazyStud17! Why don't you understand my question? I know the "Minute Minder"" but the tone I said isn't that tone. "dido dido" in the middle of the call. OK. |

I read in Ericsson's website and I see they talk about that tone. It's seem like the sound I hear and I used it to express that tone. You can laugh me, but can you solve this problem? Do you use a T68i? No problem with your phone? |
