Lance Armstrong's seven Tour de France titles should be "obliterated" following his decision not to contest the doping charges against him.
That is the view of World Anti-Doping Agency chief John Fahey, who says Armstrong's refusal to fight on means the allegations have "substance".
Fahey said: "He had the right to rip up those charges but elected not to.

Disturbing that an athlete can be at the top of his game, pass hundreds of tests and still be labelled without a single shred of evidence.
Cycling is sadly a very corrupted sport. Im sure the evidence USADA reckon they do have they paid for rather than gathered through the truth.
Lance Armstrong has always been a true inspiration to millions of people for many different reasons.
Even if Lance did use enhancements, i dont think 7 years on he should be stripped of any title. If they cant prove it in the same season as the title was won, then imo they should let it drop.

Cycling has different rules. It's ridiculous to take his victories. Who will get the titles? Obviously not number 2, 3, 4 or any other from the peleton no tests were positive at the time, so be it.
