Phonearena shows that X S is definitely one of the best.
SGS III doesn't beat it, besides outside video recording - here it shines.....

Even though Guarulhos may be off topic, there's much truth in what he says. In this PureView 808 blind test, I chose GSIII and 4S every single time! Sony is nowhere to be seen in this grand shootout test which pretty much says how the industry views Sony's recent imaging capabilities.
On another note, apparently PureView 808 doesn't have as much detail as the other 2 phones at 8mp and has less than favorable algorithm, but it naturally is rich with detail at full resolution and is at the top of the food chain in that respect.

Of course it will. There is simply no comparison. But then 808 is more like a great camera but a crappy phone and Xperia S is a great phone and a good camera. |

808 is on a different level, of course it wins hands down, but since we're talking about Sony phones, I'd say LT29 samples are amazing, and that makes that upcoming phone the best of Sony so far. could've wished Sony makes a wireless flash for it, now that would be a complete package! I really want an MXE-60 successor so bad!
