If I compare signal bars of Elm and K610i it shows that that K610i has better signal strength. As a user of K610i I can confirm that this phone has very good signal strength, I have talked in situations where some phones have been (almost) out of network.

But what about Elm? Maybe the signal bars of that phone are just more moveable ?

All comments of Elm users are welcome!

I had the similar Hazel and I can verify that reception is somewhat average. In fact, the Hazel had reception issues before SE released a firmware update that resolved that. But, even with one bar, calls are remarkably stable.
Nokia 6070 (2006-2009), K550 (second hand 2009-2010), Hazel (J20i) (2010-2011), Samsung Galaxy S II (2011-2012), Samsung Galaxy S III (2012-2014), Sony Xperia Z3 (2014-)

Thank you for the reply. Now I read from GSM Arena that some people complain about the reception of Elm. So it seems that the signal strength is really average (as you said) or maybe even worse.

Ya the signal strength of this phone is very average...i.e.the signal has been poor on this phone. One second we have a full signal, the next there is none at all.
