but i do not reboot the phone. Has anyone the same problem? Is it a problem from the hardware (Phone) or a firmware problem?

Hope it is a SW problem... Update to the new R2B or if you can wait... 4th March the REAL software... R3A (?) with MMS... read my other post here:

I dont think the phone is the problem... i think the problem is your simcard... try to change it.
