The Windows Phone 7.5 Mango can be rebooted by sending a special SMS or Facebook status update to mobile phones running the new operating system Esato News
iOS and Android are the two operating systems that has received the most attention regarding app- and platform bugs and security. Some say iOS is better than Android because of tight control from Apple. That is not always true.
So far, no major bug or weakness has been found in Windows Phone 7.5 Mango. The findings reported earlier today reveals that the mobile OS from Microsoft have its flaws. Winrumors today reported that the only thing required to trigger a bug and reboot a smartphone running Windows Phone 7.5 Mango is to send a SMS or posting a Facebook chat message to the phone.
The bug will cause the device to reboot and the messaging hub will not open. Winrumors has found this bug on several handsets from different manufactures and OS builds. A live tile will be updated with the Facebook message which could cause problems after the reboot. According to Winrumors a solution to this is to be quick and remove the buggy pinned live tile before it flips over and locks the device.

Clearly no OS is safe, all have their faults, shocked though that MS's is OS is that vulnerable to an SMS or FB Messge, wonder if similar could be possible in Android and iOS.
