fezz100 Joined: Oct 17, 2011 Posts: 1 PM	Posted: 2011-10-17 20:33 ive got an telephone interview with orange tomorrow and i need need help, has anyone had a telephone interview/ whatt kind of questions do they ask/ and how should i reply to hese questions.... 1) Describe a time when you did more than was expected of you to reach a target? 3) Give an example of when you worked co-operately and effectively in a team to achieve good results? any advice would help... thank you

For instance if you were recognised for great customer service or you did something in your job where you achieved results. And think of a time in the past where you worked well as a team player at work which helped achieve a goal or something. Sell yourself and think about what you did in your past work that you can bring experience wise to this new job.
