Once I install the software and reboot, and stick in the adapter and i'm greeted with a new device screen that says something like "bluetooth firmware updater" and no matter what i do, i get an error about not being able to install it properly. file is missing. if i try to do a driver update from the device manager, i get the same kind of error. what am i doing wrong?
