Just want to ask about a company on E Bay. They are called E Cell & have excellent phone prices but I am worried cos their address says Manchester but someone on a forum said they are from Hong Kong. Does anyone know or have ever used E Cell?? Thanks

How's their rating? As long as you pay through ebay/paypal it's pretty safe.
I was once duped into buying a pair of fake Puma racing shoes through one site, but paid through paypal. The seller claimed to be from the US, but shipped out of China to "save on shipping"... filed a complaint through Paypal... got a full refund from the seller.
Can you post a link to their storefront on ebay?

Dont touch them, there ebay side are the biggest bunch of thieves going, they go out take oders for handsets with payments through paypal and then make you wait 14-21 days as a security payment verification with no communication and then can simply cancel the order if they want, use delaying tactics for sending refunds. Just check out there feedback.
There Ebay address is in Blackpool.

Thanks. Think i will avoid them. Their rating is 99% but their front page on items says Manchester and their address says Blackpool. Which made me wary but then i Googled them and some people said they send phones from China. Oh dear.

I was just looking at them for a case and started reading there negative feedback, and the amount of horror stories is getting higher on a daily basis.

Yeah,I was going to order a  Hazel there but decided not to now will look elsewhere Even though they are rated as one of the top Ebay sellers I still don't trust it. Especially when they say they are in Manchester but the address shows Blackpool  It says delivery UK next day yet their mobiles are sourced from China. Just glad I did my research first as I am finding most Ebay sites selling mobiles are from Hong Kong

Ecell are bloody awful. They operate the same as prepaymania (who's officies conveniently are a few meters down the road from me) except they dont actually have their stock in the uk. Its a small room in Cess(black)pool. They send a message to someone over in Godzilla land with info of what you've bought and also your address. You then wait forever as they use the slowest delivery method possible and quite often arrive damaged.
I tried sniffing coke once but didnt like it. The bubbles kept going up my nose  |
