Mobile phones in Spain, cheapest where? |

Hi all
Currently in Europe for a little while, and need to get a phone now. I thought I didnt need one, but have now decided I do need one for unforseen circumstances!
Anywho, where is the cheapest place to buy phones in Spain? (Barcelona, near Las Ramblas) Im not far from El Corte Ingles, Fnac and know there is The Phone House etc... But again, where is cheapest? 
I know I could find phones cheaper in other European countries, but sort of want one now, going to Italy next and dont think its going to be much cheaper, if any at all. I will be claiming back the sales tax too at the airport!

Have been here since Aug 11th, Ibiza (man that place is craaazyyyyyyyy  ) , Madrid, San Sebastian and now Barca. You here are you?

I've worked in Ibiza a few times for one of the big clubs out there - mental!
Yeah, I'm flying out to Barcelona a week tomorrow for ten days, flying out there on the 2nd, don't think I'll be popping over to Ibiza though ( I'd probably go missing in action for a a month ).

which club? Im going to do a season there promoting Love the vibe. And the other end of the island is nice, great cove beaches.
anyway, looks like phone house is the best option at this point. or a payg phone that I can unlock cheap! Just want something with wifi/gps, android definitely!

Cream Nightclub I was out there for 4 months.
Yeah, the south of the island it completely different and more relaxed. It is beautiful out there and it's good to be able to get away from San Antonio and relax.
If you can find a phone shop, used X10 minis are going cheap, I've seen them for around 50-70 Eur in some stores.

Ah Amnesia, a real clubbers club that! Damn they get packed though! The first night we were there we went to Cream. The moment we walked in, we loved it and knew we'd love the island! Cant wait to go back... We stayed in Playa den Bossa though, ah, Borra borra, how I miss it! We stayed right behind it!
anyway, back on topic

Or you can take your unlocked phone and get a prepaid sim card from Yoigo.
I remember my brother paid around €1 a day for unlm Internet.

If you do maange to get a WiFi phone then there is free WiFi provided across Barcelona on this network for uploading all your pictures.
