Hi,
Iīm wondering about screwing up my T68, and change the cover and joystick button... but, before...

Will it ruin the warranty even if it isnīt any plomps/service marks so they couldnīt see if I had been there???

Iīm a bit unsecure about this... I really hate the buttonpad on the T68, itīs making a lot of soundss when you press the buttons... :/
has ordered some displaypolish too.

:se:

even if there isn't any warranty seal you will ruin the warranty if you open it... if it can be seen that you have been inside it..

so if you make sure to open it carefully and be careful when handeling the parts (the display is very sensitive against scratches) you might still be able to get the service on warranty if you need to turn it in for some reason....

The sure thing is that there is no proof or any seal that the T68 is opened by non certified service. Though, you have to be carefull, since there are some tips to open it. If you feel unsecure, then don't do it. I advice you to go to an service center and ask for a cover replacement. So, you don't have to brake the warranty and it costs nothing.
