hi all.
I was messing with my t68i and found that if you go to momery status and in that list is you sounds, themes, pictures and so on you see a total memory uesd per folder. if you click on say themes from that list it will list all the themes in that folder and tell you the size of each one.
I did this with a picture and it says 5k in picture folder and info but in the memory menu it says 15k. i added up all the momory items like theme and sounds and it adds up ok. if you do this from you normal picture folder it does not add up.
Thats it.

Happens to me too. I think it usually does on screensavers. If you look at it in the pic info its smaller in size coz i think it shows the memory used as a pic but in the memory folder it wil show as memory used as a screensaver. Thats my opinion.

This is because when you save a file you get two filesize readings. "filesize" and "size on disk", the size on disk is going to be larger and is what the advanced memory shows. Size on disk is how much memory has been allocated to that file, its attributes, commands e.tc. e.tc.
Hope that helps! |
