Both Nokia and Microsoft have sent out invitation to an event being held on August 17th. Will they announce the first Nokia Windows Phone?

Nokia Microsoft Windows Phone announcement august 17th 2011

Nokia has earlier said they will start shipping smartphones running on the Microsoft Windows Phone operating system in 2012. But the company has not revealed anything about the upcoming devices. This might change in two weeks time on August 17th as both companies has sent out invitations to a jointly Nokia and Microsoft Party in Cologne Germany.

We are looking forward to see the new devices from Nokia, and this could very well be date for the first look.
