Extremely shocking and very sad.

R.I.P to the poor victims of this terrible massacre.

Has to be said though that if a Muslim commits a terrorist act the whole world blames Islam and muslims but if a Christian fundamentalist does this then no one blames Christianity and puts it down as an act of a single crazy psychopath....do you see the double standards here?

What could have driven him to do this?

So sorry for these deaths. Also the attack to the government buildings was awful.

May them RIP.

RIP to all them young people who's lives were cut short & the families who have lost loved ones. And all because a man has issues with the Government,so why kill innocent people?? Pure evil. As for the death penalty, that is probably what he wants thinking he is some kind of martyr. From what I heard the evil bastard asked for a lawyer @julias,lets not get into that argument now. The fact is that whatever happens it's still a crime. What you speak of is down to the media & press not what people automatically think. No one blames Islam,it's a minorities distorted view of it not the good decent majority of Muslims

I'm waiting to hear his reason why he did this, which apparantly he will explain when he appears in court.

Its always very sad when these things happen, but in what I have always considered a peaceful and quiet nation like Norway it is just so unexpected

Of course a crime is a crime my point is is that when a muslim does something like this he's automatically classed as a terrorist by the media and public but here in this case he's been labled as a "Lone Gunman" now why is that?Surely it should be the same for both as someone who commits a crime of terror is a Terrorist regardless of race or religion.

Some parts of the media are already trying to find a Islam or Muslim connection although its no secret that there is no connection whatsoever as this guy here was just a racist neo-nazi.

So to say no one is blaming Islam is incorrect as there are always forces at work who are out there to blame all the world's wrongs on muslims and islam.

Depends on what part of the news you read or watch but here is one example from the daily mail

An example of how twisted this "Christian fundamentalist Terrorist" was they say he had a deep hatred for immigrants and muslims yet he massacred his own people and that just just goes to show these terrorists have no religion or god or have any loyalties to anyone.
