I wish to debrand my phone (W580) and remove the logos and pics of my operator but I noticed that in the "Identify" of Setool, the IMEI is changed. If I do a full flash I'll get a blocked phone. ¿Can I flash only the CDA without the Main and the Fs?

Yep, you can do it. You just will upload a new file to the FS.
