i open fnb bank card so how do i open a paypal account and does it allow proxy here in southafrica |

Veriufy with credit card or cheque card,then go to fnb internet banking and link it.I wouldn't use a proxy,they will limit your account.You can't use a debit card.

I got a debit card can i use that with alertpay instead so icant change it to a creditcard but i was told i can use a debitcard with paypal |

No you need a credit card to link up to your paypal account or a cheque account, debit cards do not work.

Yea its pretty shit cos i started working for a guy overseas but can't get my payments,which means i can't earn the minimum required to get a cheque or credit card,so it's an endless loop. |

Ahhh cheque? LOL, there is payment methods besides paypal? FNB requires 3 months of bank statements i think (well from last time i knew of) Contact FNB to find out what ammount of money you got to earn to get a credit card |
