I hope this will answer some questions in your mind.  spin yeah!..
Sana maging useful to 
1. Free browsing can be legal if the host or the server allows you to connect with them. It is considered illegal if you are not authorized to access.
2. Do you know you can share your wireless internet like globe tattoo/smartbro to another globetattoo/smartbro user or even wifi? Yes it is possible. That's what we call free legal browsing since the host allowed you to access his connection, but then he can trace and see what are you doing because still, he is the server.
3. Do you know why there is such a thing like VPN? Actually, VPN uses encryption and other security mechanisms for private data exchange and is commonly used for remote workers and organizations with global offices and partners. Being publicly anonymous is the advantage for bypassing blocked sites.
Now, free internet hacks and tricks spread out because of the abusive use of vpn particularly the Free Open Source VPN that we are using (of course including me) to be anonymous in the servers we are not authorized to access.
4. [PH ONLY] About CP/PC internet. I heard we are having an issue about Globe and Smart Magic IP tricks, some users can't connect or some have the difficulty connecting to the internet. There are reasons for that:
Our network provider forces use to use their dns servers by closing the port so if you have difficulty of connecting to the internet using port 80, try using port 53 (i know you've heard of that already) but then, they still can't keep their servers online. Another reason is that some of the network towers tend to go offline especially during early hours, therefore, you can't surf.
5. Traffic increase greatly slows down your connection speed.
6. Wonder why even without enough load balance to surf using your broadband you're still allowed to get message relay from server through pinging? These is where the tricks are applied, using DNS servers to bypass the fair usage of the network providers. Though free internet access, you can only access limited sites. The conclusion is, DNS server + VPN + Tricks =

i think, for towers to go offline during the early morning, siguro that is area dependent. dito sa tarlac, early morning surfing is best.

@se4 some towers po..meaning it depends in the area or location..sory hehe antok na tlaga ako nung pinost ko to hehehe..
