This is a full retail model.
Given by Nokia to a good friend of mine who works for an influential phone company. They always give him and a few of his team one just prior to release.

As for the price, I can't pay almost 400gbp for a phone will be 250 in less than 2 months, not counting is a proto. An iphone4 is a better deal and keeps a better price.

I've been to several Nokia Service Points, with Nokias bought in the UK, Germany and NL, they've never asked for a receipt, they simply checked the IMEI-number, as every Nokia sold in the EU has two years warranty from production date.
