This will change later this year when NVIDIA Tegra powered Android devices are shipped
Esato News

As you probably already know, the Sony Ericsson Xperia Play is the worlds first and currently only PlayStation Certified smartphone. Later this year more Android 2.3 Gingerbread devices will be able to run PlayStation games too.

Sony earlier this year unveiled PlayStation Suite delivering PlayStation experience to Android powered devices. Sony also announced a PlayStation Certified licence programme for hardware manufactures. Through this programme, Sony will offer necessary support, including development support and logo licensing, to ensure the delivery of quality PlayStation experiences across various devices. Content developed for PS Suite can also be played on the newly announced PSP successor. The NGP (Next Generation Portable) from Sony.

PlayStation Suite and Android for NVIDIA Tegra devices

NVIDIA is one of the leading hardware manufactures which now announced that PlayStation games will be availble for the Nvidia Tegra chip. Smartphones and tablets powered by the Tegra dual-core CPU running Android 2.3 will later this year be able to download PlayStation games via the Nvidia Tegra Zone Android application. Original PlayStation games such as Wild Arms, Cool Boarders 2 and Syphon Filter will allow users to enjoy PlayStation quality gameplay on their Tegra-based device.

Seems like the flagship modles LG Optimus 2X, Samsung Galaxy S II, Motorola Atrix 4G and Motorola Xoom will be able to play PlayStation games in the near future as well.
