The Xperia Play is way too cheaper to not to get it. Why on earth this is so cheap? Even the Mini Pro is more expensive.

I think  must have realised it was not selling due to very high price. I have seen so many sites now offering it for under £200 some as cheap as £149!! I was just remembering something today. As released the Play does anyone remember this??

I hate my play!! I never even use it anymore.... here in the US Verizon and AT&T are now offering it for 50usd after rebate.... mine powers itself off all the time... the screen gets stuck in the rotated position and sometimes while play asphalt6 the whole phone will just shut off!

Well,when I had it for a brief day I hated the wobbly slider when in closed position. Felt annoying cos if you lie on your back say in bed typing on the touch screen with it closed,it rattled

You can place mouse sliders behind the screen to stop it from wobbling too much.
If your play is rebooting and crashing I would either repair the software or take it in for replacement.

Finally got me one of these.. new to android though, could anyone tell me how to check things like firmware version and all that? Much appreciated |

It's much the same as most androids. Settings > About Phone. If it's unbranded there should be a new fw out 2.3.4.

If anyone wants a white Play battery cover for free I got one unused to give away. I bought it before I decided I never liked the Play cos of the poor slider wobble. oh the money I waste
