hello neo owners 
i have few questions regarding the camera before i buy me a neo
- can you disable/mute the shutter sound? camera settings or maybe put the handset into silent mode or vibration?
- when you take pictures or record video is there any light other than LED flash come out? like Auto focus light (red) in some handsets.
- can you disable LED flash or is it set at Auto mode? |

The answer to all of them is yes. You can disable camera sound in shutter sound settings. The LED can be used as a video light yes. There is no other light

When you are in camera mode press the right had soft key below screen to bring up settings. Then just press shutter sound to either one of the different sounds or off. Simple not rocket science.

Sorry,but what is it with Engadget?? They always slag off everything. They said it has poor build,no it does not. The plastics are solid & there is no creaking on mine when it's clenched in the hand. And they said it is slow scrolling between home screens,no it's not. It only does that when booted up for first time  I tell you these reviewers just go on by their notion that if it's not an iphone it's shit

It's just so typical these days that EVERYTHING has to be compared to the iphone. Why?? It is still not imo a revolution. There is better devices out there to be compared to is there not??

honestly I doubt they praised any handphone.... most of them seem to get pros and cons.
camera oh btw get more praise.
but since they have mentioned NEO as one phone tht is underpromised overdelivered....so that consider ok.
now I feel sad that I might need to get another pay to Davinci as Malaysia seem unlikely to get any NEO to the country.
they only show Pro and Ray.
So Guys....once you get the new upgrade....let me know so I can pay and maybe use the HK firmware....of course I need to take note when Ice Cream is out too sicne I saw in rumor page tht it might be out in September. Since Neo is likely one of those phone SE commit to let it be upgradable for 18months (google ruling)....so it might worth wait too. |

Bonovox....I think Neo review is still better than phone like HTC Status/ Droid 3.....
most of the time...you can't expect they focus so much on praising only iPHONE  |

Engadget even gave the Arc 7/10 which was under what it should have been, imo 8/10.
I hate the way the iphone 4 is compared against everything, yes I suppose it's the industry standard but I had the iphone 4 for two weeks and hated it; awful camera, no bluetooth file transfer, heavy and the "wow" factor quickly wore off. |

oh well...when you have a charismatic CEO called Steve Jobs.....it just make things so different.
Image if Steve run Sony instead of Howard.....how will he present Sony new TV....new Camera or new Phone.
seriously..... for any businesses. If you have a CEO who have the charisma accepted by general public.
I bring wonders. SE in a sad way kinda lack such personality....even Sony lack it now...since I remember the online media always like to praise the guy who run Playstation. |

I think I am seriously cursed  I take care of my phones never been dropped and great care taken. Yet as with my white x10 now with my Neo I got dust under my display. Truly fed up now I always get the lemons. Outside today in sunlight there is a cluster of dust at bottom of screen underneath the glass. Why SE why?? I do not live in a dusty home and my pockets are clean. Will be asking for a replacement tomorrow under my insurance and 28 day faulty return. Pissed off

tht feel like sloopy quality. I thought for this design, they might have the glass laminated with LCD so firm that there's no gap....so it seem that they use a more generic approach tht leave air gap in between....which in return kinda degraded the actual performance of the LCD. |
