hi i m frm uae .. i m using bb9700 ...nd wanted to update to os6 nd i m scared tht .will it crashes so i need to keep a copy of my present os and the files in the phone like xerox copy does any one know anything like it ...... pls help i wanted to installl os6

When You will do update, system makes and back up with all Your data and settings.
