Recently upgraded my lloyds tsb bank account, which provides cover for 3 phones against loss, damage & theft. Just wondered if anyone here has similar, if so, what is the service like? Do they live upto the service they claim to deliver? Do you pay any excess on a claim? Do have cover already, but if lloyds service is good, I'll cancel my current cover. Thanks in advance for any input

Perhaps this is what you've got. Excess isn't huge (wanted to say excessive but i would have annoyed myself) so it looks ok. I can only speak for Natwest but I have had different phones that they refused to cover unless I upgraded cover as they classified those as PDA's

My dad had a bank account with Lloyds/TSB for 40 years. He left them due to poor customer service & them not taking his case seriously when money went missing from his account. They were completely useless

I've found the service pretty good, been with them 20 years. Was on a basic current account, but upgraded (get phone cover, home emergency cover, aa cover etc...). Just wondered if anyone had any experience making a claim on phone insurance, and if the service was smooth and pain free. If seems ok, want to save myself a few quid by cancelling my own phone cover. Cheers for replies so far.

I had a co-op account many years ago too, very good customer service, most definitely. Lloyds tsb have always been good IMO, and if the extra services they offer live upto expectations, I'll be very happy

I found that, but changed the account to a smile account, which is online based, but you can still use the co-op branches if need be.
