Do you guys know if there are any plans for P800 to support .wma music? .wma's are much smaller even than mp3s!!! With the 64MB stick, I could put two CDs to .wma's

Perhaps someone will make a "media player" for the p800 supporting more types like wma and such. |

What about mp3pro? Is this supported on a p800?

Yes MP3Pro is supported, including VBR.
I use this all the time. MP3Pro files encoded at 64Kbits/s are very small and still sound good on the P800.

I doubt there will be wma support since wma is MS Windows ONLY. The most we can hope for is ATRAC3 compression (which sounds a lot better) but even that, I highly doubt will be added to the P800. |
