W995 Problem - Switches off all the time! |

Hi there, is there any reason why my wifes phone switches off all the time? It happens when the shutter is closed after a call, when sending a text message or sometimes just when it wants!
I'm going to update the firmware later to see if that helps but i'm not optimistic! I would have thought that it would be a hardware issue but if it was hardware, how would it know to turn off after a message had been sent?!?
Is there anywhere in the UK that can refurb these handsets at a reasonable cost? She'd like another one but I cant believe how much they still cost!

Update it to the latest, R1HA035 if I'm right.
The price of this phone shouldn't be expensive lately.
