C905 faulty ? Xenon flash |

Hello all,
just got a black C905 that refuses to shoot its Xenon flash. When I switch to Cybeshot mode and select Auto or Red-Eye reduction... the flash icon onscreen blinks, and blinks, and blinks ad infinitum without ever allowing me to take the shot. Battery is 100%, the LED flash works fine in video mode but I can take pictures only with Flash deselected... Unless I'm missing some obscure setting, this looks like a faulty flash. Any ideas? |

Hardware failure. Take it to a service center.
