I have a colleague who has been living with a ledgend for far too long who is interested in this.
What firmware is on there and is it fully boxed with original accessories?
also, what makes it 9/10 rather than 10/10?

Hey mass, sorry for the delay, you should've got my PM anyway.
The firmware is the latest Froyo FW, it automagically updates itself, and I can confirm there are no updates available (on WWE)
I can't get pics up until monday (someone borrowed my camera) but there is a small scratch on the paintwork around the screen, hence 9/10. The screen has had Martin Fields protectors on all it's life, and is very well looked after.
The phone was originally on Orange, and has been unlocked and debranded. The phone is fully boxed with everything except the headphones, and I have replaced the USB cable for the charger because the wire became frayed.
