Generic UK FW - not sure if the 'update version' will cause you problems as technically you are changing region, try it and if it doesn't work go for the 'fresh install' version. Don't forget to backup your angry bird scores. I'd cry if I lost all my watermelons on the newest angry birds RIO!

If you use PC Companion to update it will not.

depends on what option you select.

Do you have a locked bootloader? If so just use SEUS and update the phone.

loving my arc even more after this update...so much so i'm even considering getting a silver one to play around with as a spare...or maybe one of the mini pros when they are released.

One thing i've noticed is the music player after the update seems to think an album with a contributing artist is a completely different album altogether. e.g. Linkin Park and Jay-Z Collision Course album instead of showing up all the songs under one album, each song will show up as a completely different album. Anyone else experiencing this?

Hey, remember the Back Up & Restore app we had for X10? Is there an official SEMC equivalent for Arc? Android market and SEMC Support site doesn't yield anything.

What really annoys me about the camera is that I can't review the pictures I have taken from the camera app directly. I have to exit out and go in to the media gallery.

Am I missing a shortcut?

Yes you do, the latest pictures shows directly in the camera app to the right in landscape mode, just swipe your finger on the right side to the left, to make it visible if you don't see it

After the 2.3.3 update, has anyone noticed an improvement in battery life? I personally not noticed any difference at present. Also have any users agree that the Arc seems to be more speedier and the screen more responsive??
Again I have not spotted any noticeable improvements in these areas.

Would be interested to hear other peoples thoughts on this.
