Im not having a go either but the ARC isn't anything special really its just another X10i with a few
added things now that the x10i is grabbing the 2.3 gingerpubes thing then why should anyone go and buy a ARC?
so in theory Toney im with you
oh and ps, ive been and Joined the hTC club previousely,
no quams with them looking forward to see what happens next year
in the meantime im happy with my X10i
much better then the Wildfire for certain things but I do like the wildfire

Kinda childish attitude in here. Just out of curiosity Toney, why do you think the Arc is a piece of crap cell? Considering the small differences between Arc and DHD I'd say it's pretty much a choice between two similar devices.

Oh no not another one. Miss UK every new phone that comes to market is another version of the last one a few added new features duh. This also adds better performance overall.

Well I think these Companys need a kick in the right steering direction then.
ARC is way to much like a X10i
looks, same functions of it even.
why didn't they add some new functions to it like a 12MP camera or something? hmm
sorry but its something I wouldn't consider!

Build quality for me, thats something Sony Ericsson need to get right. Really put off by the cheap plastic.
Any ways a review from Engadget today

Lol at the commenter "Those buttons are just cheap"

Jesus its hardly going to fall apart. Many reviews have already said build quality was solid. Who cares about metal. Toney your getting boring now change the record.

Went into O2 shop in the Trafford Centre and asked if they had the Arc. The guy said "end of the month" . I said "Errmm but it's the 30th today" he replied "oh yeah... I meant the end of the month of April" Patience is a virtue

No way.....Arc is a much nicer looking more stylish handset in every sense of the word. To me there is no comparison.

Phones 4U are getting them in Friday for sure, Carphone Warehouse will be the same no doubt. O2 stores take forever with all releases.
PS: I dislike dishonest Sales people.

All this thinness doesn't do it for me either, if the Arc was the same size as the X10 then they could of put a battery double the size like a 3000 mAh into it.
