i had some app on my phones internal memory, then it got low on memory (14 MB), i uninstaled some app, but there still only 14 Mb to use! how can i fix this?

newer mind! problem solved! it was app uninstaller problem, it actualy didnt uninstal any app, when i restarted phone the apps what i uninstaled was back, then i uninstalled these apps my memory was back
