my answer is hell no..
before I let n e one call from/hold my phone, I establish the basic rules (no particular order)
1) dont use ur fingers to click, use the stylus
2) wash ur hands first
3) drop it and die
4) always hv a tight grip around the phone
5) do not hold it from the edges.. it must be balanced
6) dont browse on anything on my phone
7) dont drain my battery while on the phone..

am I the only one that goes through these many precautions?

I was in an Irish bar in Stockholm and a girl came to my friend and asked to borrow his phone for a quick call. We turned our back for 1 minute and she was gone.

Since then... I don't lend my phone!

I don't even let my best friend go on my T300 without giving them the rundown of what she can and cannot do/go on.

some ppl actually accuse me of being rude for not letting them see my phone
it's like "buddy, if u had a 800$ phone, u wldnt let random ppl use it either"

Actually I have yet to meet a single person who actually knows what a P800 is.

I was flying back to UK from Frankfurt last night and was in the BA club lounge and one person thought it was some sort of chic retro style phone due to its size. They were totally astounded when I took them through half the functionality!

No way in hell would I lend it to someone..
A close friend would be allowed to try it. But under very strict supervision...
