My friend has recently purchased a MCA-10 and when it is pugged into the bottom of the phone, it says something about configuring a ISP. Does anyone know what this means and how it is setup? Why do you have to set up a ISP and where do you get the information from? Also, is it depend on which network your on?
Please help, I really wanna set up this camera!!

Isp is the dialing number if You have a deal with the operator about GPRS. It is *99# almost globally. Username and password You need incase You email the pictures to SE and will later see the pictures privately. Email address is Your own ofcourse ja recipient is Your own addres plus some other You want to email the same time picture(s). Remember that You can also put some text (1SMS) with the picture and email.

We put in a random number for the ISP and it works, so what is happening there? Also, this is a contract phone with GPRS already activated i think and just pay for it as you use it, so is this still ok?
What happens, like in this case, where the ISP number could be wrong?
Is there any charge for putting in the ISP or only when you send the pics??

What is the ISP code used for? Is it only used to set up sending the pics? What happens if a different code is inputted?

Did you really catch the pics on your email with randomised ISP-number? I think you lost your pics like SMS in wrong number!

I didn't try to send them to a email address. Just took the pics and they appeared on the phone. Is the ISP address used for sending pics to email? Why is this needed though if you can just put in a random ISP, take the pic, save it to the phone and then send it through email that way?
