Hi There! I searched through the topics here in Esato, but I did not get answer to my question.

The problem is my T39 froze 3 days ago after this I toke off the battery then put it back and by turning on my phone an infinite cyclic automatic turn off and on cycle started on my phone. There is a 2 second lag between the repeating automatic turn off and on. During this two second "on" stage I can even call 112 it starts calling but after 2 seconds it turn itself off than on again and off and on etc. I can even push the turn off button during these restart cycles but it won't stop it, it can be stopped only by removing the battery.

I toke my phone to an Ericsson Service Point they do a software update but this did not solve my problem. They told me It seems my T39 EPROM should be reflashed again and maybe it can solve the problem but they can't do this thing.

My questions: is there anybody out there with the same problem? What could cause this, what can be the cure for this? My phone is 1 year and 1 month old and after 1 year I lost my guarantee for it. Unfortunately I planed I will use my phone for 2-3 years

Thanks for your help in advance!

Well....i had my t39 for almost 2 years now. There was once when the phone was completely unable to turn on. I brought it to se and they replaced a new one for me. The phone was still under warranty at that time. For your case where your warranty has expired, try outside phone repair shops. Sometimes they seemed to be better than se in terms of service.
