can't get into file system |

hi i have tried your method of installing cam driver into phone but when i switch off my phone and i click file system tools i hold c button and insert Usb cable but when i connect i get a message on my computer Taskbar found new hardware Semc device after that my mobile automatically show's preparing for mass storage and nothing happens can you help me why am i getting this error thank you.  |

What tutorial were you following? Did you install the usb drivers? What's your phone?

Do you have taken off battery from your phone for at least 5 sec? If you do not, please do it!
